Product bought from Amazon UK (via Amazon Us app), shipping cost more than product itself, but still cheaper than any other seller. Had to wait 2 weeks for item to ship (from Poland), then another 5 days for product delivered at my door. I bought it to replace Gardena Classic hose, which couldn't handle our water pressure. This one does!I do love their hoses and connectors, but... this didn't come with any connectors. So I had to separately spend the ~$40 to get them, nearly doubling the cost of the hose. That's pretty crazy, even if it's a good product. Some transparency would be nice. I really feel like they're shooting themselves in the foot by overly complicating things. At least have some clear message "does not come with connectors."Bought as a replacement hose for my backyard and unfortunately I did not test it before the return window closed. Hose connectors popped off on both ends when connecting it for the FIRST time. Now I have a USELESS 50ft rubber hose with NO connectors. Piece of JUNK!Wow. I have purchase this item three times before, I just reordered it. What a surprise it only can with a connecter on one side. Now what.Although the manufacturer’s packaging photo attached to the hose shows it has connectors, it does not. Amazon’s listing is ambiguous - it does show the hose with no end connectors. But I ordered the very same hose a few months ago, and it did come with end connectors. I ended up buying “repair” connectors to make the hose useable. Amazon often does not have the 1/2-inch repair connectors in stock, however. I love Gardena hoses, but paying $150 for a hose that is not ready for use is unacceptable.I bought this hose and another from another brand and the difference is tremendous! This is very flexible, you can place it wherever you want and it feels well builtI really like the half inch hose. It is much easier to coil up on the hanger.Very easy to role up. Nothing like the hoses you can get in a garden store. I first got introduced to this brand when living in Switzerland. It was all the stores carried. Seems pricey but well worth the price!denn es ist ein Schlauch! I'e had other hoses from this manufacturer and not encountered the issues I have with this one. I don't know if it's because of the 50m length of this hose (against 25m of the others), but seriously, this is like wrestling a snake each and every time I get it out, completely exhausting, frustrating, time consuming and extremely disappointing. I bought this length of hose specifically to take water into livestock fields to stop the need for me carrying water containers however carrying heavy bottles is preferable to getting this hose out every day. I waste half hour getting it out and half hour putting it away as all it wants to do is tie itself in large cumbersome knots, twisting in on itself continually despite best efforts to keep it straight and flat. Vielen Dank!I bought the Gardena Comfort Flex hose based on the manufacturers quality claims and the glowing 5 star reviews. The hose is reasonably flexible and does occasionally kink like all hoses, so nothing outstanding or different from any other hose I guess. Apart from the quality. I've only had the hose for two months and it has burst twice under standard mains pressure - see attached photos. The Gardena hose is promoted as a hose of high quality and robust build. Based upon my experience this is not the case. Does it work as a hose - yes, hence the 1 star rating. Is it of the quality and durability claimed - not in my experience, hence the low star rating. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this hose. If you do decide to buy it you have the Gardena returns guarantee as back up - you may need it! Message for Gardena - please get your quality control and quality assurance sorted out.We purchased this hose as a replacement for a hose that was very light and came with a lot of reviews not only from customers but the manufactures.claiming although it had the core in it you would still get a good flow an would be light to use. After finding out for ourselves what a load of rubbish it was. This hose is still quiet heavy to handle, but it does not have a core running down the hose so it should have been lighter to handle, and you find it worse when you are trying to wind it on to a hose cart which is no mean feet on its own.I suppose a good point is that with no core it does give a good flow ,However I am still suppose with Gardena that they could have made it for kink proof as kink proof it is not which is a big disappointment has it is not a cheap hose. Come on Gardena it is a shame that you cannot make a hose more kink proofs the hoses are not cheap and also you have been making them for years.
