I googled for a 3" water pump suction hose. I came up with several offers, one was from LifeandHome. I purchased it but when it arrived it was a 2", not a 3" hose. I went back to the original ad and, way down at the bottom in small print was the figure 2". I called them and told them of my error and asked how to return it. They were confused at first but then emailed me that I needed a "rma" or something and when I emailed them back they told me I needed a return authorization. When I got that I sent the hose back through the USPS and that's the last I have heard from them. I checked my credit card account and nothing has turned up in the month since I mailed it back on June 27. Maybe it will. I don't think the hose was advertised correctly and I guess I'm out the $79.67 and the $19.60 return mailing.
