It works great but the water pressure is lessened when I try to use it on full stream.Pretty nice hose for our travel trailer. Along with the brass hose Y connection I have fresh water to the trailer and this hose connected simultaneously for miscellaneous uses.Absolutely love this product! I bought a 150 ft hose and loved it so much that we bought this 25 ft hose for smaller projects. Very versatile, user friendly, durable, and doesn't get tangled! One of the best hoses ever, love how light it is and the nozzle is great as well, will be buying 2 more for another home.Product came on time. We like that it expands and contracts. Easy to store.high quality hose. easy to useLove how it unravels and is lightweight and how the ends are made with metal instead of cheap plastic like some similar hoses out there. Thought I had a great product until it had a leak in the middle of the hose.It is not even close to 25ft without hurting your arm it gets to like 10ft long. And then you gave to pull it so hard and hold it there to get it to work. Returned it almost immediately. It’s definitely lightweight.Definitely REDUCES the frustration of the tangling of standard garden hoses BUT DOESN’T ELIMINATE the tedious coiling behaviour of a standard hose completely. There is still a need when coiling this hose up to follow the natural coil pattern of it, otherwise it gets that 2 loop figure 8 shape where the loops don’t coil and fall together naturally and neatly but rather, loop away from each other ... so it then has to be either, forced against its natural coil (which would increase damage potential) which doesn’t result in a tidy consistent coil, or to coil the loops according to its natural coiled pattern.I bought mine May 28th 2021.It was VERY LIGHTLY used last summer.Brought in and stored in a bag of its own, and hung up as of early October.I took it outside around mid May this year, and unfortunately it sprung its first leak nearing the end of June ‘22.I’m comfortable with researching and learning how to repair such things and, am skilled with applying that info with use of my own sound logic ...... but ... for 3 weeks now I’ve been procrastinating the completion of that repair because it’s a bit of a shot in the dark when it comes to how much of the tubing to remove/cut off. The holes can’t be seen with a naked eye and, it’s hard to guess because the leak expresses itself when the hose is expanded ... yet the repair can only occur when it’s fully retracted, so, instead, I’ve been using water buckets to get my watering done as I sense my time invested to repair is highly likely going to be wasted effort that there’s no way to test until after fully completing the repair. Another $30 or $40 out of pocket for a new one seems less expensive than the time it might cost me if the repair on round results in needing a round two repair. If I purchase again, I’ll be looking for another option while trying to avoid this manufacturer, and seeking options that pitch with features that this one’s advertising material doesn’t make mention of. EXAMPLE: Many others mention “3 layers” or “triple layer” ... with reference to the internal tubing (it’s surgical tubing inside the nylon sleeve cover) ... and I don’t think this one does mention that.I’ve also got multi terrain surfaces (patio slabs, patio stones, fresh laid top soil, sand, grass) and dislike how this hose’s nylon exterior picks up sand and other types of soil / earth / dirt. Wiping it off is easy but, the sand or soil coming off completely with a wipe isn’t as easy as a hard surface exterior on the hose. Spraying such things off it is easier but, hard to do if it’s happened after the water’s been shut off ... and then water back on requires being careful it doesn’t land back in whatever dirt once it starts explaining again. The nozzle is awesome as far as settings go but, it began leaking out from the nozzle where there’s a natural crack at the next (where the two pieces of the nozzle were adjoined at time of manufacturing ... this was starting to occur last year after only a few months. These hoses only last a for a few uses. The ballon inside just explodes after a few uses. They are junk extremely poor quality.Just as advertised?? good for my small deck, folds back up small??Hope the heavy brass connections/tap doesn’t separate from hose with time though?I have a very small garden and this hose is perfect for this purpose.Like description
